DJ Fireman is an absolute heavyweight in The Gambia and far beyond. With more than 27 years of career, he is considered a founding force of reggae in The Gambia and is a well‑known name among both African and European reggae lovers. With his Firehouse Sound, he spins six nights a week at the hottest venues in The Gambia. Including Alibaba Garden (Senegambia), Club Motherland, and Domino’s Beach Bar.

His sound is a powerful mix of conscious reggae, lovers rock, and classic dancehall. All delivered with fire, love, and a connecting energy that you feel from the very first track. DJ Fireman is known for his authentic reggae feeling: raw, pure, and straight from the heart of Africa. Over the years, he has shared the stage with big names like Sizzla, Richie Spice, and Morgan Heritage. Fireman has actively been involved in community projects around water access, women’s empowerment, and youth development in The Gambia.

Conquering Europe

Since 2024, DJ Fireman has also been conquering Europe. In just two years, he has played over 70 shows in 10 countries, with performances in cities like Stuttgart, Berlin, Vienna, Stockholm, Rome, Napoli, Barcelona, Malta, Amsterdam, and Hamburg. This European tour is organized by his Dutch agency Gatherings of the Tribes, and Arnhem is one of this year’s exclusive stops.
