Eek-A-Mouse is coming to EM2 in Groningen. The Mouse is a legendary Jamaican artist who forever changed the reggae and dancehall scene with his unmistakable style. Since 1979, he has been making his mark with his high-pitched nasal voice and iconic “biddy beng-beng, biddy meng-meng” scats.

In the early 1980s, Eek-A-Mouse released a string of hits that are now considered classics, including “Wa-Do-Dem,” “Anarexol,” “Ganja Smuggling,” and “Virgin Girl.” His 1981 album Wa-Do-Dem cemented his reputation as a leading figure in reggae, while follow-ups such as Skidip! and The Assassinator showcased his versatility. Beyond the studio, his dynamic stage presence made him a crowd favorite at festivals and concerts worldwide.
