Kabaka Pyramid is a Grammy Award–winning Jamaican reggae artist and “conscious revolutionary lyricist.” His background in hip hop is clearly reflected in his reggae and dancehall sound, giving his music a modern and refreshing edge. The power, melody, and energy of reggae blend seamlessly with the lyrical versatility of hip hop, creating a truly unique fusion.

In 2022, his album The Kalling—produced by Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley—won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album. He has also been featured on tracks by drum & bass acts such as Chase & Status and Rudimental.
