Spellbreakers LIVE | Reggae Night Delft | Cultuurlab, Delft | 30-03-2024

The Antwerp Spellbreakers have a mission: to record, play and experience their music as in the glory days of reggae. They approach the genre in a quirky way, with great respect for the Jamaican originators and with a nod to British reggae from the 70s and 80s, combined with a punky energy that reflects the background of the band members. Whether they’re in the studio or on stage, Spellbreakers present their songs in a spontaneous way and with an emphasis on human interaction, allowing their music to breathe and come to life.

After the release of 2 maxi singles, they presented their debut album in June 2023: a double LP containing both vocal and dub versions of all songs. Live, Spellbreakers have already shared the stage with the legendary Twinkle Brothers, Inna de Yard and they have also made appearances at festivals such as Reggae Geel and Irie Vibes. And on the 30th of March they will be in the Cultuurlab at ReggaeNight Delft.
