The Skints are without a doubt one of the most exciting bands to emerge from the British ska-punk scene in the 2010s. The four-piece describe their sound as “East London reggae” — a raw and energetic blend of ska, dub, reggae, soul, hip-hop, grime and punk with an urban attitude, while paying tribute to musical pioneers such as The Clash, The Specials and The Selecter.

They will soon finally release their long-awaited fifth album, Sour Tooth, and fortunately, they’re also returning to Melkweg!
