I Wayne has been honing his craft since the age of seven. Coming from a musical family, he first dipped his toes into performing while studying at Greater Portmore High School, where he joined the local group Vibes Machine. Alongside the singers and DJs of Vibes Machine, he performed at after-work parties in popular clubs. One night, however, the bandmates were late, forcing I Wayne to take the stage solo. The crowd’s overwhelming response marked the beginning of his solo career, setting him on a path to stardom.

LA Gray, the multi-talented singer-songwriter from North London, effortlessly blends R&B and reggae in his music. His latest single, “Trees”, is a smooth reggae anthem where he expresses his personal experiences of love, intertwining them with his affection for “the green herb” through clever metaphors. The track is a laid-back yet powerful reflection of his unique style and influences.
