French reggae artist Biga*Ranx will return to Melkweg in Amsterdam on Saturday, 23 January 2027, for a headline show in the venue’s OZ room. Combining reggae and dub with hazy electronic textures, Biga*Ranx has developed a distinctive sound known as “vapordub”. His music brings together lo-fi rhythms, atmospheric production and vocals in both French and English, offering a fresh take on soundsystem music.

Having started out singing with French soundsystems, Biga*Ranx brings that background into a style that crosses the boundaries between reggae, electronic music and hip-hop. His rhythmic delivery and melodic approach give Dutch listeners plenty to discover beyond traditional roots reggae.

The Amsterdam appearance marks a return to a familiar stage: Biga*Ranx previously supported Protoje at Melkweg in 2019. This time, he takes centre stage with his own headline show.

Regular tickets cost €28.75, excluding the compulsory Melkweg membership. A monthly membership costs €4.50, bringing the total to €33.25 for visitors who need one. The event is listed for 19:30; the complete timetable will be published on the venue’s website once confirmed.
