Zed-i grew up in Sint Maarten before moving to the Netherlands. He started his musical journey in Sint Maarten where he won a Hip Hop Freestyle Rap competition in 1996. Around 2000 his interest transitioned towards reggae music, especially after he went to Jamaica in 2006. Zed-i brings an energetic and uplifting mix of authentic roots reggae, positive vibrations with a message, and beautiful rhythms and melodies.
