Hempress Sativa is a true powerhouse in the reggae and hip-hop fusion scene. Her commanding voice, razor-sharp lyrics, and electrifying flow have earned her the title “The Lyrical Machine.” Her music pays tribute to her roots: she was raised in a Rastafarian family where roots reggae, dub, and Nyabinghi were part of her upbringing, and her work is deeply grounded in consciousness, resistance, and empowerment.

Hempress Sativa has performed on renowned international festival stages, including Overjam, Rototom, Reggae Geel, Uprising Festival, Uppsala Reggae Festival, Boomtown Festival, and One Love Austria.
