It’s almost time for King Shiloh at De Helling – Skanking Sunday.

King Shiloh has been one of the leading sound systems in the Netherlands and beyond for many years. They regularly tour both nationally and internationally with their own sound system, the so-called SirRoundSound — designed and built by themselves. It’s great that they also return regularly to De Helling for Skanking Sunday!

Skank: a rhythmic dance performed by swinging the arms while bending the knees, especially to reggae or ska.

So expect flapping trouser legs, DJs, MCs, singers & chanters, and plenty of speakers to make those deep basslines vibrate… positive vibes and, above all, happy people!

King Shiloh is the Healing of the Nations sound. They organize their own annual events, such as AmsterDub Weekender and Dubrising. They are also the resident sound of the Reggae Lake Festival and perform at various festivals across Europe. In addition, they tour in Africa, South America, the United States and Canada… so grab your chance and come skank at Skanking Sunday. De Helling is the place to be!
