Kenyatta Hill and Cedric Myton are among the most respected figures keeping the spirit of classic Jamaican roots reggae alive today. Both artists have dedicated their careers to preserving the authentic sound, message, and traditions that defined reggae’s golden era during the 1970s.

As the son of the legendary Joseph Hill, Kenyatta took over the role of lead singer for Culture following his father’s passing in 2006. Since then, he has toured extensively around the world. Introducing new generations of fans to timeless classics such as Two Sevens Clash, Jah Jah See Dem A Come, and International Herb. His powerful performances and striking vocal resemblance to his father have established him as the rightful torchbearer of one of reggae’s most influential bands.

Alongside him stands Cedric Myton, the unmistakable falsetto voice and co-founder of The Congos. Renowned for his extraordinary vocal range and deeply spiritual performances. Myton played a key role in creating the landmark album Heart of the Congos, widely regarded as one of the greatest roots reggae albums ever recorded. In recent years, he has continued to tour internationally, both as a solo artist and alongside fellow reggae legends, sharing the timeless music and message of The Congos with audiences around the globe.

Together, Kenyatta Hill and Cedric Myton represent two living pillars of roots reggae. Their combined performance offers a rare opportunity to experience the music, spirituality, and cultural legacy that helped shape one of Jamaica’s most enduring musical traditions.
