It’s almost time for King Shiloh at De Helling – Skanking Sunday!

For many years, King Shiloh have been one of the leading sound systems in the Netherlands and beyond. They regularly tour at home and abroad with their own custom-built sound system, the legendary SirRoundSound, designed and built by the crew themselves. We’re excited to have them back at De Helling for another edition of Skanking Sunday!

Skank: a rhythmic dance performed by swinging the arms while bending the knees, especially to reggae or ska.

So expect plenty of skanking, DJs, MCs, singers & chanters, and a serious wall of speakers delivering those deep bass frequencies the way they’re meant to be heard. Positive vibes and, above all, happy people!

King Shiloh are “The Healing of the Nations Sound.” They organise their own annual events, including AmsterDub Weekender and Dubrising, and are the resident sound system at Reggae Lake Festival. They also perform at festivals throughout Europe and have toured across Africa, South America, the United States and Canada.
