Reggae Roots Rotterdam returns to Zuiderpark on Saturday 3 July 2027. After its first edition in 2026, the festival is back for another day celebrating reggae music and culture in the heart of Rotterdam.

The festival brings together live music, sound systems, dancehall and local talent. Visitors can expect a day with plenty to explore. From performances on stage to workshops, food and cultural activities around the festival grounds. Whether you come to dance, discover an artist or spend time with friends. Reggae Roots offers a chance to enjoy the many sides of reggae in one place.

Zuiderpark provides a spacious setting for the event. The festival entrance located next to Rotterdam Ahoy. The site is easy to reach by public transport: from Zuidplein metro station. It is approximately a 900-metre walk to the entrance. Parking is limited, so the organisers recommend travelling by metro or bus.

The 2027 line-up and opening times have yet to be announced. For now, the date is one to put in your calendar if you are planning a summer of reggae events in the Netherlands.
