Postmen is back! The band, which scored several major hits between 1998 and 2003 with their unique blend of hip-hop and reggae, will perform in Enschede on Saturday, February 22. Founded by Remon Stotijn, Postmen started out as a hip-hop group working with samples but quickly evolved into a distinctive fusion of hip-hop and live instrumentation. Their 1998 debut album Documents laid the foundation for their success, introducing a socially conscious sound that remains relevant today.

With major hits and a signature mix of hip-hop and reggae, Documents became the first album of its genre to go platinum in the Netherlands. Postmen performed at all the major festivals and won every major music award in the Dutch music industry. Remon Stotijn is widely regarded as a pioneer in popularizing hip-hop in the Netherlands.

Their latest album, Royals, showcases how Postmen continues to evolve. In 2025, the band is moving forward with new music and fresh perspectives.
