On April 20, a special walk will take place in honor of Bob Marley’s 80th birthday. The walk, organized by Dam Connections and Universal Music, passes by various ‘shops’ in Amsterdam. The event is organized in collaboration with the Marley Family and is not held on February 6, his actual birthday, but on April 20 instead. 4/20 — for those who knows, that says it all.

In addition to the walk with fans along four different ‘shops’, an exclusive listening session with invited guests will be held in the evening. During this session, the concert that Bob Marley & The Wailers performed in 1978 at the Rotterdam Ahoy will be played, taken from the original master recordings. This listening session will take place in the final ‘shop’, Tha Dogg House — the ‘shop’ that Snoop Dogg opened in 2024.

During the ‘shop tour’, several other live shows will be shown at the four different locations. The first eighty fans will receive a special Bob Marley item, such as Bob Marley rolling papers, a lighter, tote bag, or a CD from the reggae legend.
