Amsterdam Dub Event is back for a heavy dose of dub during ADE, featuring dub legends Scientist, Manasseh, and Dubcreator! Also on the lineup are Amsterdam locals Earth Works Amsterdam featuring Rapha Pico and Miriam Simone, Rub-a-Dub Ramses with Lyrical Benjie, Dub Equalizer, Vette Mette, and of course Paulisme as host — all powered by the KrackFree Soundsystem.

The Scientist was born Hopeton Overton Brown in Kingston, Jamaica. He is a legendary dub producer and mixing engineer known for revolutionizing dub music in the late 1970s and 1980s. A protégé of King Tubby, he became famous for his imaginative, spacey mixes and dramatic use of reverb, echo, and effects.

Manasseh, the alias of Nick Manasseh, is a pioneering UK-based dub and roots reggae producer, DJ, and sound system operator. Emerging in the 1980s London sound system scene. He gained recognition through his influential Manasseh Sound System and legendary radio shows on Kiss FM.

Dubcreator, real name Arno Goldstein, is a veteran Amsterdam–based reggae and dub producer and mixing engineer active since 1988 . Founder of DC Studios, he began creating music on a Casio keyboard in 1989. Later expanding with synths, mixers, FX gear, and a four‑track recorder.
