Tarrus Riley & Dean Fraser bring roots reggae vibes to Utrecht this summer

Utrecht is set to welcome one of Jamaica’s most celebrated contemporary reggae voices this summer. Tarrus Riley takes the stage at TivoliVredenburg alongside legendary saxophonist Dean Fraser. The show will take place on Saturday, July 25, 2026. In the Pandora hall at TivoliVredenburg. Doors opening at 19:30 and the concert starting at 20:30.

Tarrus Riley, known for his smooth blend of roots reggae and dancehall, has built a strong international reputation over the years. As the son of reggae icon Jimmy Riley, music has always been part of his DNA. Since his breakthrough, Riley has released multiple albums. Including Healing (2020), and continues to captivate audiences worldwide with his soulful voice and conscious lyrics.

For this special performance, Riley will be backed by the renowned Blak Soil Band and joined by his longtime collaborator Dean Fraser. The veteran saxophonist, widely respected in reggae circles, adds a rich musical dimension to Riley’s live shows and has played a key role in shaping his sound, including contributions to the album Love Situation (2014).

Fans can expect an energetic live performance filled with timeless reggae rhythms, heartfelt melodies, and powerful stage presence. Riley is known for bringing an extra level of intensity to his concerts, making each show a unique experience.
