Jamaican roots reggae singer Mark Wonder is coming to Bibelot in Dordrecht. He is known for his powerful vocals, conscious lyrics and spiritual message. Mark Wonder has built a strong reputation as one of the respected voices of contemporary roots reggae.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Mark Wonder grew up surrounded by the rich musical culture of the island. Inspired by legendary artists such as Dennis Brown, Burning Spear and soul icon Sam Cooke, he developed his own distinctive sound, firmly rooted in traditional Jamaican reggae while addressing cultural, spiritual and social themes.

Over the years, Mark Wonder has released an impressive catalogue of roots reggae music. Albums including Signs of the Times, Jeremiah and Break The Ice have helped establish his name internationally, while collaborations with artists such as Sizzla and Gentleman have introduced his music to reggae audiences around the world.
